SkilledWage compiles and presents public government data. Nothing here is legal, career, financial, or educational advice. Licensing requirements are set by state authorities and change; the state board linked on each page is the authority, not us.

No guarantee

We work hard at accuracy, and sources and verification dates appear on every page. Even so, the site is provided "as is", without warranty. Wage figures describe surveyed workers and are not a promise of any individual outcome.

Intellectual property

Underlying federal data is public domain. The compiled data tables, meaning the cross-state comparisons of hours, fees and reciprocity, are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, which is also declared in the machine-readable markup on those pages: reuse them, including commercially, as long as you credit SkilledWage and link the page. That grant covers the data. The written explanation, the design and the code are not covered by it; school and brand names belong to their owners and appear for factual reference only, with no endorsement implied in either direction.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilledWage and its publisher are not liable for decisions made in reliance on this site.
