The most useful message you can send us is a data error. Licensing rules change midyear, boards move pages, and fees get amended. If something here does not match what a state board told you, we want to know.
Reporting a data error
Include the page address and, if you have it, a link to the official source that contradicts us. We verify against state boards and federal datasets only, so a board link settles it fastest. Corrections are published on the corrections page rather than quietly patched.
If you represent a school, board or employer
Same address. Every figure about an institution here comes from the U.S. Department of Education's own published data, and every licensing fact from the board that issued it. If you believe a figure misrepresents you, send the source that shows otherwise and we will correct it and record the change.
What we cannot help with
We are not a licensing board. We cannot check your application, expedite anything, or tell you whether you personally qualify. Every page names the board that decides, and that is always the right place for those questions.
